Hi, I’m a Global HR Leader who loves creating positive and inclusive cultures where people can grow and innovate. I have worked in the Life Science, Pharma, and MedTech industries, delivering transformational change and world-class HR services that drive results and align with best practices. I have a solid academic background in Industrial Engineering and Change Management, which helps me design and implement organizational transformations and restructuring initiatives with data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.

Currently, I am the Regional HR Director at Medtronic, leading Turkey, West Asia, and Levant Region, comprising 17 emerging countries. I have successfully restructured the HR functions to align them with the Medtronic Global HR Operating Model, creating a globally aligned, data-driven, and strategic organization that provides a world-class HR experience.

Previously, I also served as HRBP for the Western Europe Neuroscience Organization at Medtronic. I partnered with business leaders to drive change and achieve financial goals through strategic workforce planning and change management processes.

Before joining Medtronic, I worked for Merck Group as Talent and Leadership CoE Lead for the Middle East, Africa, Russia, and Turkey Region and as an EMEA Talent Consultant. I led successful organizational transformations and restructuring projects in both roles by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

I am proud of leading successful Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, including Disabled Talents and Early Talent Projects, which were recognized as EMEA Best Practices and awarded the Medtronic Global Excellence Award.

I am a certified coach with credentials from the Erickson Coaching Academy (Canada), Gestalt, the Neuro Leadership Institute (UK), and the International Coach Federation.

As a Global HR Leader, I bring sustainable growth, agility, and competitive advantage to the organization by translating business strategies into talent strategies.

In addition to my professional achievements, I have served as World Congress Chair at WFPMA, the World People Management Federation, and as President at PERYON, the People Management Association of Turkey. I am also Vice Chair for the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at the AmCham organization, where I continue to support women’s leadership development.
